Sleep

One of the most common changes in neurofeedback training is the stabilization of sleep patterns.   People come to see me with a variety of sleep disturbances.  These include onset insomnia, intermittent awakening, difficulty waking up in the morning, and daytime sleepiness.  I have found that neurofeedback consistently normalizes sleep problems for most of my clients.
