Additional suggestions to enhance your success with neurofeedback

5. Reduce sugar intake.  This is difficult for most people, as sugar is very addictive.  Your brain has to work harder when you have a high intake of sugar. 

6.  Perhaps as difficult to reduce or eliminate is consuming Aspartame , also known as NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, and Equal-Measure.  This artificial sweetener is, unfortunately, a neurotoxin, and many people have adverse brain reactions to it.  Another neurotoxin to reduce or eliminate is monosodium glutamate (MSG), which unfortunately is added to most processed foods, especially ones labeled as low fat.
