In 2003 I attended the International Society of Neuronal Regulation (ISNR) Conference in Houston, TX. It was there that I discovered other types of neurofeedback units. I added the Roshi II+ amplifier and the Bioexplorer software.
In May 2004 I attended a 3 day workshop on the Bioexplorer software and learned how to add DVD movies as a reward for neurofeedback. It was an exciting moment as I personally noticed the effect of such training. It was my belief that the brain works for entertainment and that a person watching DVD movies would be able to train their brain at the same time really enjoy the process. Other units offered simple repetitive games or tones going on and off, dings, counters, and colored bars. For the first time I could offer something really entertaining. Many clients noticed results almost immediately.
I added audio visual entrainment equipment with the Nova Pro 100 and the DAVID PAL. I added skin temperature biofeedback training units. I added the Resperate unit for lowering blood pressure. I added the Alpha-Stim SCS unit. |
